AZ 900 Certification not available

Question

Hi I had appeared for AZ 900 exam on 24th October and cleared it. However my certification is not visible in the Learn profile. There seems to be 2 Learn profiles with my same email id. The MS id is MS0993923900‎ & email id is prasanjitdora@Stuff .com
Can duplicate profile be deleted and certification shared with me.

If you have two different email addresses, something like a personal email address & work email address. You can link both.

And the certificate is visible on both.
