I am trying to login to my student email which is A00265022@student .ait.Ie but as I have obtained a new phone it does not allow me to login to my email as I am not receiving authenticator notifications when I am trying to log in my student email is there reason for this thanks

If you dont have access to the old phone or any other way to logon, contact your IT dept so they can reset your Multi Factor settings so you can enroll the new phone
