Hello,
I setup an equipment mailbox resource with 2 delegates to approve booking request. The issue we are having is if user A approves a meeting request and User B is unaware of the approval and user B also approves the meeting. Then the person who requested the meeting will get two approval responses.
Is there a rule or policy that can be setup so when a delegate approves a request that the other delegate is notified of such?

    Nope, no such functionality. The delegates can simply forward the message to each other, or communicate it by any other means.

    @PRK

    Here may be a workaround for you:

    • Configure a shared user mailbox as the delegate.
    • Assign this shared user mailbox's full access and send as permission to need users (original delegates). -
    • Let those original delegates approve meeting from this shared user mailbox.

    In this way, there will not exist the duplicate request.
