Upgrade windows 1909 to 21h2 using TS feature Update

Hi,
I created TS to upgraded Windows 10 1909 to 21H2 using feature Update but system just reboots without giving any warning to user.

Is it possible to apply feature update thought TS without reboot it automatically, I want to use same feature as updates

If I create Setupconfig.ini

[Setupconfig]
NoReboot
Quiet
Compat=IgnoreWarning
Priority=Normal
DynamicUpdate=Disable
ShowOOBE=None
Telemetry=Enable

It doesnt reboot but when you manually reboot the machine it marks as failed

we have deployed the update like our windows updates (our collections for these dont enforce a reboot), so they install silently and will then when rebooted, install the FU
