Campaign Conversion Goals over API?

Hey! On the bing ads website it is possible to select campaign level conversion goals (in the campaign settings).
However over API I could not to retrieve that selection using DownloadCampaignsByCampaignIds Bulk command (it returns no data in the CSV file).
Is this functionality supported in API v13?
