Did not receive a certification after retaking expired exams

Question

A month ago, one of my team members passed the AZ-140 exam.

However, he did not receive the "Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty" certification

The reason may be that he passed that exam in the past. and he retook the exam after the old one expired.

Another team member has the same problem (with a different certification), his exams were expired, he retook them but still didn't get certified.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
