How do I add a Forms quiz to a Video in Stream Sharepoint ( so NOt in streams classic, since that is retiring)

I checked the detailed feature comparison between Classic and On SharePoint versions, and there is no mention of this feature.

At the same time, I also checked the current development status of the Stream function, and there is no gain.
