How do I set the one-time purchase price for an application?

For the "MSI or EXE" application type, during the publishing process there is no field to set the purchase price for the application.

I can't find any setting to do that.

I wonder if this is because I selected many countries as markets, although I would expect automatic currency conversions in today's day and age.

Note, I saw a similar question that had been asked here, however, the answer there wasn't helpful.

There is no way to set a price in the in-app purchase code - and the other answer stated to not hardcode the price - and I wouldn't know how to do that anyway, since none of the in-app purchase code I've seen allows that.

The help states what to do to set the price, but not how to do that.
