System.Exception when trying to install apps from the MS app store

Question

I'm no longer able to install apps from the MS app store. Apps I've tried that fail, Prime Video, Hulu, Python 3.10.

1. click GET on the app
2. Click Install after a couple seconds, the install button goes back to its original state

What could be causing this?

Viewing the logs in Event Viewer shows,
