Booted out of my AZ 900 exam - Invalid access code OnVUE

Please I'm not sure if this is right concerning authority, if not then kindly reply with the relevant email address..
I got a voucher for Microsoft Azure 900 certificate exam and on the exam day, in the middle of the exam, the proctor messaged that he wasn't be able to see my video properly and asked me to press ctrl alt delete and access task manager to kill the OnVUE application but after I pressed the 'ctrl + alt + delete' I got booted out of the application and when I tried to rejoin with the access code, it said INVALID ACCESS CODE please HELP ME, what do I do??? I was half way my exam's question when this occured!
