How do I get paid from win32 app in Microsoft App Store?

Hi. I have a win32 app set to subscription in the Microsoft App Store. But nowhere do I find any information as to how to set the price for the application. I don’t even know if Microsoft supports payment through win32 apps? How should this be done?
