Is face api going to be limited forever

Question

Hello, we are small development group and we have no access for api now, is the limitation forever, any timeline? It’s not very friendly to us and the process is very long, it’s more than 1 month.

Sorry to hear that, product team has received high volume forms so there is a delay. Apologies for the inconvenience. For the policy, yes, Face service access is limited based on eligibility and usage criteria in order to support our Responsible AI principles. Face service is only available to Microsoft managed customers and partners.

I don't see any possibility to eliminate this policy very soon. I am happy to check with product team about your application if you want.

From what I see there are no limitations on Face API Standard pricing. If you are using the Free tier, there are a 30,000 limit with 20 Transactions Per Minute:

If you are in the Free tier and require more usage, I'd recommend upgrading to the Standard tier.
