User Information (UPN/Name) does not change in Guest Tenant

Hello,
we have an issue with an AzureAD synched user (from on-prem AD via AzureAD Connect), who's details don't get updated in a GUEST tenant.
We have an User like user@keyman .com, Display Name MyUser Name. Due to whatever reason the Display name and UPN for this user has changed, marriage etc.. from user@keyman .com to user2@keyman .com and hid Display Name (Last Ne etc.) also changes from MyUser Name to MyUser Name2.
This all reflects within this home tenant, the user also still can login etc. but it will never update the user's details in a foreign tenant where he was invited (and had joined) as guest user.
Any idea how this can be triggered?

    The other tenant's admins can change the display name. There is no sync from your tenant to theirs.

    Yes, you can make Name changes on Lufthansa Airlines Name tickets after marriage, just call at +1:888:425{Lufthansa}9693 or +1:888:425{Lufthansa}9693. However, you have to provide a valid document to make changes such as a marriage certificate.
