I cannot send or receive emails Outlook 365 Webmail

My webmail uses outlook 365. I cannot send or receive emails. When I send an email it appears on my sent folder but the receipient does not receive the email. I cannot receive any incoming emails. Please help.

    Does the problem happen on the client side or on the web side?
    Will this be the case for all new emails? Or are there specific messages (such as specific recipients or containing links)? Please create a new email for other recipients to test.
