Windows 11 keeps recognizing third monitor while power is off

I have a TV screen which serves as a third monitor. When I turn the TV off however, Windows 11 still recognizes that there is a third screen. Even with the power cut off and the TV plugged out, it still recognizes the third screen. It will only go away when I unplug the HDMI cable connecting the TV to my GPU.

Is there a setting in Windows 11 to make sure that the third screen is not recognized anymore when the TV is off or when the power to the TV is cut off? So that it returns to two screens like before.

    Hi

Windows 11 does not have settings to ensure that the third screen is no longer recognized when the TV is turned off or disconnected from the TV. It is recommended that you update the graphics driver to the latest, the Windows operating system to the latest, and replace the HDMI cable test.

Of course, you can also use the same cable to connect other display devices to test whether there is the same problem.

    Best Regards,
