Azure Application proxy URL access

I have set up header based authentication using Application proxy in Azure for an app. The external URL is set up for the end user login. I have also set up conditional access policy for the app to be accessible through the intranet only. The CA policy will have the user authenticated with Azure AD but block application access from internet. However the requirement is to block the external URL altogether from outside office network. Is that achievable? Any help will be appreciated.
