Can you try the incognito mode and did you enabled MFA or any other changes to the environment or the Tenant? Check this blog with the resolution for similar issue. aadsts165000-after-enabling-modern-auth-in-exchange-online

If you have deployed the Azure AD pass-through authentication and get a login problem after the user changes the password, we suggest you clear the credential in local credential manager.
