Hi @Christian Winde Pedersen ,
Based on my research, it is currently more recommended that you use sync. For more information, please refer to:

Send a link to a systemfolder (synced OneDrive) to a colleague

Hi
I'm working in a small company. We're using OneDrive Business with a sharepoint on top of it.
The sharepoint folder is synced to each colleagues PC with Windows 10.
I've got a systemfolder named "COMPANY NAME".
When I want to share a path with a colleague, I can send the hyperlink to Sharepoint by browser, but I really would like it to open in Windows File Explorer. Of course I can't sent the entire path, because the username is in it. But, I can open a File Explorer link by pasting "COMPANY NAME\FOLDER NAME" - just not by clicking it.
I've tried creating a symbolic link and a hardlink - neither works.
Is there another way to brute force it?

2022-11-15T19:45:23.36+00:00 I'm sorry, but you never really answered my question.
We already do sync the OneDrive folder to windows, but sharing a link the way it's supposed to doesn't work.
Please read the text again. Let me know, if you don't get the question.

2022-11-16T09:32:53.537+00:00 Hi @Christian Winde Pedersen ,
Your problem is that you have synced to the local file and want to share it with colleagues through file explorer instead of send hyperlink by browser. Am I right? According to my research, your problem has more to do with windows. Because you are using OneDrive for Business, I suggest you do the following:
select the file to be shared, select Share, select Copy Link, then select Copy.

Sharing using that link wont sent a link to open in windows explorer - it'll launch your browser... :)
