I am looking for a way to import a registry setting as admin via GPO on Windows PCs.

    Might try creating a new User gpo to test with. If you use the User Configuration section it will automatically modify the registry key for the current user.

    Users do not have local admin on their PCs.

    Reg key is set to HKEY_CURRENT_USER however it needs to be set-up for the local user account.

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\common]
    "fbabehavior"=dword:00000002

    Still not working.

    Currently under user configuration\Preferences\Windows Settings\Registry

    Create
    Hive: Hkey_current_user
    Key Path: \SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\common\
    Value name: fbabehavior
    Value type: Reg_dword
    value data: 00000002 (hexadecimal)
