MS Dahsboard my certificate exam is still exist but cancelled in pearsonvue - DP-203

Hi All,

I scheduled the exam DP 203 and cancelled it but still its appearing in my dashboard but cancelled in pearsonvue.

Would you please do the needful from dashboard as well.
