User folder in C drive

I have window 10 Enterprise.
I mistakenly deleted the user folder in C drive .
What should I do now ?
And all the folder like desktop video documents not working and other function also.nit able to connect new wifi connection and so on.
Please help

    Firstly you shouldn't be able to wipe the Users directory as it is locked. So that means you wiped it after running as admin and confirming that you are fine wiping a system directory.

    Secondly, did you happen to put the data in the recycling bin? If so then you can restore from there. However there is a limit on how much you can store and it likely exceeds that.

    At this point your machine is hosed as you wiped all data for all users (including defaults and user security). Your best bet is to repair the Windows installation using the Windows recovery options as described here. Windows will need to rebuild the core Users directory and defaults but all the existing user profiles and their data is gone. There is no way to get that data back if it is deleted from the system. You'll have to recreate accounts, reinstall any per-user software and any app-specific data will have to reconfigured (e.g. settings). Additionally any user data such as their documents that weren't stored in One Drive or other cloud storage are gone. Hopefully you have backups of that data.
