Surface Book 2 downgraded to Windows 10 after recovery. How to update to Windows 11?

Question

I had a Surface Book 2 running Windows 11.
Due to an issue during reset, I had to recover it using USB recovery image.

Now, it is back to Windows 10.
I have checked for updates in Settings but option for Windows 11 does not appear.
The current version is Windows 10 Pro 22H2.

Is there anyway I can update to Windows 11?
