it keeps showing on the recommendation it would need to update the OpenSSL for CVE-2022-3602 but when I check on the exposed device almost all don't have OpenSSL installed.

is this report inaccuracy?

Hi guys, I'm facing this issue in reports to, also I don't have the definitive solution instead find the OPENSSL by running the below script so you can find where this related file is, e.g. GIT

(Get-ChildItem -Path c:\ -Filter openssl* -recurse -Force -Directory -ea SilentlyContinue).fullname

You will get the path, so you can look for manual replacement of the openssl version and/or update the software.
