How do I restrict editing access to an Expense Tracker?
I have created an Expense Tracker, using the template available in Teams. I wasn't allowed to create a separate tracker for each channel, so opted to create an overall tracker, to track the expenses of each channel in one, consolidated, area. I created a tab in the General section of the team for the Expense Tracker. I would like for Team members to have access to view the tracker, but only allow owners to edit. It appears I'm only allowed to restrict editing access to the entire team, and not this particular tab. I saw that you can restrict FILE editing access, but this tab doesn't act as a 'file' unless I export it. I don't want to create a private channel for this tracker, as I'd like stakeholders to have 'view' access.
@Cyndi Erp-Long - You can navigate to the Team > Manage Team > Settings Option > Here you can customize what actions the members can perform.
As above said, you could restrict the member permission to create private channels.
