Store previous versions on download site(s)?

It would be very helpful for winget and other package managers if you were to keep older files like procexp/17.0/procexp.exe and procexp/17.01/procexp.exe on the download site(s). Currently, winget fails (and should fail) any time a new version of anything is released, due to a hash mismatch, making it uninstallable.
