Hi,
We have a software that sends an email with a link to a page in the email body. In Outlook Desktop the link is clickable, but in OWA the link is plain text, so it is impossible to click.

Is there any setting that makes the link to say in html and not be converted to plain text?

Thanks
JP

    Hi @CARVALHO, João ,
Incoming mail format is set by the sender. The sender can set:

You could refer to this case:

Make sure the email is set up properly. The emails of the Le Mot Wordle are in text format instead of html. Graphs are automatically converted into text format by the email system. You can customize it in the setting when you have done the proper customization. You will be pleased if you do it with an expert.

Yes, there is a setting in OWA that controls whether links are displayed as plain text or HTML. To access this setting, follow these steps:

    1. Open OWA and log in to your email account.
    2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Options" from the dropdown menu.
    3. In the left-hand menu, select "Mail" and then "Compose and reply".
    4. Under the "Message format" section, select "HTML" from the dropdown menu.
    5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Once you've changed this setting, links in your emails should be displayed as clickable HTML links.

For example, the link to the article on how long do balloon arches last will be displayed as a clickable HTML link in your email.

Yes, to make a link appear as clickable in HTML and not be converted to plain text, you need to use the anchor tag <a> and specify the href attribute with the link URL. For example, <a href="https://example.com">Click here</a> will display as "Click here" and when clicked, it will open the URL specified in the href attribute. This can be useful when sharing links related to a specific topic, such as downloading GTA San Andreas Cleo apk.
