I can't login use windows hello face recognition. My wifi card still recognize all wifi in range but all are "no internet, secured", my other devices just fine; tried using lte from my phone, not working either so it's not connection problem. Anyway since i can't connect i can't use PIN to login either. Is there anyway i can revert update/fix wifi without login so i can use my laptop without losing all data?
Just tried to reinstall windows from usb but for some reason it can recognize it in bios, changed boot prioritize but it boot straight from drive instead of usb

Please check if you have secure boot and fast startup enabled. This could prevent you from booting from the USB. The below shows ow to Troubleshoot Windows 11 failure to start.
