It look like it is a "Windows recovery environment". Exactly what is a "Windows recovery environment"?

    (This is Fedora Linux)

    sfdisk /dev/sda -l

    Disk /dev/sda: 60 GiB, 64424509440 bytes, 125829120 sectors
    Disk model: QEMU HARDDISK
    Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
    Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
    I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
    Disklabel type: gpt
    Disk identifier: AA20003C-A3D4-40FD-AE52-C7BE154FCBBE

Device Start End Sectors Size Type
    /dev/sda1 2048 206847 204800 100M EFI System
    /dev/sda2 206848 239615 32768 16M Microsoft reserved
    /dev/sda3 239616 124530687 124291072 59.3G Microsoft basic data
    /dev/sda4 124530688 125822975 1292288 631M Windows recovery environment
