My Power Pivot doesnt seem to show the relationship in pivottable

lant and product ID is from one table and i created a relationship to link to Plant and product ID in another table (the relationship is created).but the pivot table below doesnt seem to recognise this relationship.

if i choose another datapoint from the table 2 (where the second Plant and Product ID info is stored), then it seems the relationship is recognised

    Did you clear all the filter first and then re-filter in the second Table?
    How did you filter?
