Set up azure stack HCI cluster in site so in case for Site down

we are going to configure 3 azure stack HCI cluster in 3 sites.
Delhi 7 nodes
Mumbai 7 nodes
Uttrakhand 7 nodes
as per below article more than 4 nodes doesn't requirement Witness disk so we don't configure it.

we are configure 2 DC each site and primary DC in Delhi site (FSMO roles).
Delhi Deldc01, deldc02
Mumbai MUMdc01, MUMDC02
Uttrakhand UTRDC01, UTRDC02

now, if we shutdown entire one site for testing so it’s possible if site will start without any issue.
to achieve this what settings, we need to configure like DNS placement. as per my understanding DNS can help when FC start again.
Please help!!

Hi Viren,

AFAIK, you will need AD DS in each site to recover from a site failure for authentication and I believe witness disk is a mandatory resource during the failover process as you are trying to recover the services via the Cluster resource in another site. Not sure which link you have used as I cannot see in the post, check this page and detailed design requirements for HCI DR process

Cluster quorum recommendations

If you have two nodes, a witness is required. If you have three or four nodes, witness is strongly recommended. If you have five nodes or more, a witness isn't needed and doesn't provide additional resiliency. If you have internet access, use a cloud witness. If you're in an IT environment with other machines and file shares, use a file share witness.

our main issue is if our one site entirely down so when we turn on HCI nodes is cluster going to work? if yes so what are setting we need to add here like DNS placement.

This question still open. its very much today requirement when we ask customer don't buy any other storage/server and purchased only HCI.

when our all server (Infra + workload ) in HCI cluster and one site down so how it will back online. ?
