"Cannot find the page" after entering the OTP in Outlook 2016 Modern Authentication


I have installed new Windows 10 and trying to setup the email in Outlook 2016. During the authentication process after typing in the email id, password and received OTP the page will show "Cannot find Page Error" and will not continue the Email Setup.

PC is connected to a domain.

Windows Update was done successfully.
Windows Update for Microsoft Office was done successfully.

I already tried running Microsoft SARA but always on that part this message will always come up.
Tried deleting in Credential Manager and Create New Email Set up under Control Panel

Tried repairing Office and installing and re-installing it did not help as well.

It's been a 10 days already and it is still not be able to pass that message.
