What certificate do I have to make and how to publish in the microsoft store as a individual developer

Hi

I'm finding difficulties to publish my apps,

1st of all I don't know what type of certificate I have to use (pfx is supposed for tests) ... please help with this.

2nd. There is so much info and links to links to links, that I get lost, I would like to have something more simple and clarified instead of getting lost between links.
