You can reset using alternate method like phone or alternative email. However, if you have not those, then you can contact your Admin to reset from M365 admin portal.

I lost my mobile phone also I didn't back up my authenticator app with any email or cloud storage. so I can't log in to my work accounts. every time they show the authenticator app required. how can I get rid of it? please help.
