One of my azure function is stopped the queue trigger process for some reason and stops the process and request is moving to poison queue

Have you reviewed failed messages and how it is being handled in the code? There is similar discussion in SO thread and you can add exception details when using .NET like mentioned https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Functions/issues/1371. If you use other languages, let me know the details.
