MS security baseline GPO vs Documentation

I'm trying to apply the MS security baseline (Windows 10 version 21H2 Security Baseline). Much more policies are described in the documentation than there are actually in the GPO Templates. Does anyone know why there is so much difference? And are there no policies missing?
