Possibly a AZUDE set up ???? - can't download Themes and other apps from Microsoft store... getting this message: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." Does this have anything to do with the Modern Authentication?

I'm told by the IT group there was a recent switch with Microsoft that doesn't allow certain accounts types access to the Microsoft store anymore... But there have been a few occasion when the IT had it wrong, and i wanted to see if this is just admin setting over look. I have not be able to confirmation their statement when researching online but I did see a mentioned of AZUDE and/ or the Modern Authentication from basic Authentication.(admin setting). SO the question remains the same: is this possibly a AZUDE set up ???? - I can't download Themes and other apps from Microsoft store... I get this message: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist.
