network connections doesnot show up in the network connections folder and doesnot work

i have a windows server 2012 r2 installed on my server . the server funtions as a cctv using Milstone . the server used to function just fine for several years . recently due to power failure it crashed many times . all of sudden i noticed that the Milstone app doesnot function . i considered that the network adapter ARE PRRESENT in device manager BUT they doesnt show up in the network connections folder and also the network functionality is completely unavailabe . the network connection is also present in the notification area . but Ipconfig shows no ip . ...i checked net sevices all services are on excep the " remote acess connection manager" it fails to start with error 1068 : the dependency service or group fails to start. its corrisponding dependency service " secure service tunnelig protocol" fails to start with error "...the sstp service started and then stopped . some services stop automatically ...."

    Try to reset the whole network stack.
    From an elevated cmd prompt:

    netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
