Why Won't Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 Get Specific Version

When running as an elevated account Visual Studio 2022 goes unresponsive when I try to get a specific version from TFS. It does not even popup the menu after clicking get specific version. I can get latest without any problems.

When I stop Visual Studio with Task Manager, I sometimes see a brief message or two, but of course it is on its way down so I cannot click on Show Stack Trace. I have tried repair, uninstall/reinstall, any suggestions?
