Windows 11 TPM chip error after password change on every Windows 11 machine

So, its been pretty well documented about how Windows likes to throw a TPM chip error after a Windows password change. It looks like this happened in Win 10 and 11. The solution, as many have said, is to delete the Work or School account from the computer, then open up an Office product and sign back in.
I haven't seen the issue in any of my Win 10 users, but every single one of my Win 11 users struggles with this every 120 days when they change their passwords.
My question is; when is Microsoft going to acknowledge that this is a constant problem and push out a fix? It's easy for me to tell the couple of users who are more computer literate how to delete their Work or School Profile and sign back in, but it's a big pain in the neck to log on to the machines that need my assistance every time this comes up. Has anyone figured out a way to make this go away forever?
