Always getting the message

Exit Code (Decimal): -2061893606Error description: Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed. Check the SQL Server error log for potential causes.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Am on Windows 11.

Viewing the SQL Server Error Log
View and Read SQL Server Setup Log Files
Am on Windows 11.
There are known issues with Win 11 and some SSD; do you use one?
