Can't log in anymore after domain validation. Error Code: 500121 after 2FA

Today I was asked to validate my domain via a TXT line in its DNS settings. I did this and the verification was successful.

After this, somehow 2FA has been triggered and I now can't log in any more.

What can I do next?

Hi,

Do you have any other break glass account or other Admin that can login and reset the MFA for your account? If not I will suggest you to raise a support request via the Global Numbers as you are locked out cannot raise a portal support case.

When looking into your error code, it looks like the MFA might've failed or didn't complete. You should be able to refresh your browser or retry your login from a private browser to see if that resolves your issue.

Well, still waiting for Microsoft to come back on me on this... It has been a few days, but I guess they are very busy...

I am now logged-on again under the once locked out account. So all is good now, thank you so much for your help. It DID take a while for Microsoft to resolved it, but in the end my problem was solved, Many thanks once again!
