In order to verify your issue, can you provide some detailed information:
- Does the issue also exist on the web?
- What detailed version of outlook are you using? (File > Office Account > About Outlook)
- Does this issue occur in specific emails or all messages?
Given this case, it is recommended you use the following troubleshooting:
- Make sure that you upgrade outlook to the latest (File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now)
- Run the outlook.exe /safe and see if the issue continues.
- Repair office from control Panel
If above doesn't help, please try to create a new profile and re-add your account to check if your account could work normally there. (Control panel>mail>show profiles>add>re-add your account).
