Every time I try to join or launch a meeting I get, after loading "We are sorry - We've run into an issue".
I have restarted my mac. I have re-installed teams.

Are you using any proxy or VPN servers in your organization? Do other users have the same issue?
If any, please disable them and retry or try from another network.
And if using Teams on the web instead, would the issue persist?

It is important to completely remove Microsoft Teams from your macOS and try re-installing again.

FYI this is happening again today. Teams is being slow and simply won't let me join a meeting, same errors, etc.
I don't have time to go thru all the steps again just now but wanted to let you know!
Worked for a day but regressed to same issues today.
I still need help here. I have to do the steps outlined here every day to clear my cache or I can't join or launch a Teams call. Very frustrating.

Is your account managed by an organization?
If yes, please contact your teams admin or tenant admin to create a service request in Microsoft 365 admin center for further investigation on this issue.
