Passed Recertification but the expiry of my certificate has not been updated

Yesterday I passed the recertification test for Supply Chain Functional Consultants and I can see that result in my page but the certificate itself is still sitting with the February 2023 expiry date and asks me to renew?

Can you help me with this please?
