How do I fix Movie and Tv player from changing color when taking a screen shot.

Ok so when I go and try to take a screen shot on the Movie and tv player the bars on the sides and top turn a cyan color. How do I make it so it keeps its black bar color? (By the way my prtsc key is broken so I have to use the snip option.)

Could you please take some screenshots of your issue so that we could better understand it?

You mentioned that you used snipping tool to take a screenshot. Have you tried any other tool, like Snip & Sketch, Snipaste...? Will the same issue occurs?

when i'm streaming movie or netflix i also get screen freazing !
