Outlook changes my meeting time length without my consent?

Hi All,

Please help as I cannot seem to find an answer on this one. Since Thursday afternoon I noticed that my outlook meeting invites just started changing themselves. Every time I send out a meeting invite for the length of time needed (say 2 hours) within a couple of minutes Outlook will automatically change the meeting to 30 minutes and send out a meeting invite without my consent (or for a while without my knowledge) I just happened to notice. I tried a restart and I have checked my settings (I didn't change anything previously but checked anyway) and nothing has been set up to do this. It was fine Thursday morning, so I'm not sure what has happened.

Also if I go back in and change it back to say 2 hours it won't change it again, but if I move the time it will change it. Ie, If I put a meeting in 10-12, it will change it to 30 minutes, if I go back in and change it to 10-12 it will stay correct. If I then move to to 11-1 it will change back to 30 minutes so I need to go back in and change it again - it's very frustrating as I send out alot of meeting invites every day.

Update: I have been doing some testing with a colleague and it would appear that outlook is changing my timezone from (UTC +00:00) Dublin, London which is what it set up in my outlook settings, to Co-ordinated Universal Time at the same time as the shift in meeting length.

Please help!! :(
