Intune "CustomOS" details required from incident ID

Damian Wojtas 1 Reputation point

On my Samsung Galaxy S10+, I had correctly enrolled in Intune.
I did a Factory Reset of this device and I no longer can get through the verification process because:
”Can’t create work profile
The security policy prevents the creation of a work profile because a custom OS has been installed on this device”

This is counter-intuitive considering that before the factory reset I was able to enroll.
I've created an incident in intune app
Microsoft Intune incident ID: TK39PQ88

Can you tell me the exact reason for refusing this device to enroll?

Microsoft Intune Enrollment

@Damian Wojtas , After researching, I find this is a known issue with Samsung device. Here is a link with more details.
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Here, please remove your previous enrolled device from both Intune and Azure AD portal. And then disable the Device Administrator from Settings > Security > Device Administrators, After that, enroll again to see if it works.

However, if the issue still persists, please contact Samsung support to help on this.

Thanks for your understanding and have a nice day!
