I have e3 license, I need to explore what the features and capabilities, that I can explore in Microsoft viva

Generally speaking, you can access Viva-insights (available in apps) and Viva-Connections (need to setup first) in Teams.

Microsoft Viva is an employee experience platform within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. Viva supports connection, insight, purpose, and growth, empowering people and teams to be their best.

Since you have E3, You can start with Viva connections, Viva Insights, Viva Learning (Free one), Viva Engage.

For Viva Connections - Create a Landing SharePoint Site, design the portal, Add Viva Dashboard and configure in MS Teams.
