DP900 exam retake

Hi Team,

I had a DP900 exam scheduled at 12:45 IST today and I signed on but the Practo (Neha) who supposed to allow me to take exam was not able to see me on camera, but I was able to see my Video under recording. She asked me to quit and retake exam, so I did quit and took exam but again we got the same problem as she was not able to see me, meanwhile system got hung and restarted. Later Again I tried to retake / reschedule exam bit it is not allowing me to take exam as schedule time was over. Regarding the same I have raised a case with Pearson VUE and Case ID is 08772328.

Can you please look into this matter and help me to reschedule exam.
