I get this error message when I try to sign into my OneDrive account:

Message: AADSTS90072: User account 'sgraham@mirrabookapork.com.au' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/7cfbd08c-dd82-4ffb-b5f3-369019a69e09/' does not exist in tenant 'XXXXXXXXXXXXX' and cannot access the application 'ab9b8c07-8f02-4f72-87fa-80105867a763'(OneDrive SyncEngine) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

I no longer work for this company but still get this error message.

I have gone to Seetings>Accounts>Access work or school and removed that account but this error message remains,

    Hi

you may need to uninstall/reinstall OneDrive and clear browser cache. Also, check your Control Panel/Credential Manager as it is pulling the saved credentials in from somewhere

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks
